April was a month filled with special moments — we enjoyed meaningful events and took important steps forward in the development of our community.
One of the highlights was the international recognition awarded to our community: Amber Forest became the first fully developed community in Europe to be certified Platinum under LEED v4.1 for Communities: Plan & Design, by the United States Green Building Council. This is a powerful validation of our shared commitment to a sustainable lifestyle.
This month also marked a major milestone in shaping the future of sustainable education, as we officially began construction of the Amber Verita Campus, right in the heart of our suburb.
Amber Verita will be the first nZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) school in Romania, with its official opening scheduled for September 2026.
An innovative educational project, fully aligned with our values of sustainability and responsibility for the future.
