In October 2024, we organized the first Community Events.
On October 13th, 2024, we got together for the very first time on our Welcoming Event and on Sunday, October 27th,2024, we celebrated the first Halloween Pumpkin Workshop where the kids of the first members of our community already living in Amber Forest unleashed their creativity through decorating pumpkins.

Amber Forest Agora
Agora, the area within the Amber Forest project that includes commercial and leisure, medical, educational and sports facilities will be built on an area of 42,000 sqm.
The commercial area within the Agora will have 7,000 sqm and will be built on an area of 15,000 sqm that will include cafes, supermarket, bakery, restaurants and shops, medical services, co-working hub an open air-cinema as well as over 500 parking spaces.
The sports and leisure center developed in partnership with Pescariu Sports&Spa on an area of 12,000 sqm will include a 2.000 sqm building that will host a semi-Olympic swimming pool, a Spa center and a fitness club, and outside tennis and padel courts, as well as a leisure pool.
The Verita International School & Kindergarten campus in Amber Forest will be developed in two stages, encompassing 15.000 sqm. The campus will host a school, kindergarten and afterschool, for children aged between 2.5 and 18 years. With only 20% dedicated to construction, the majority of the space will be reserved for sports fields, parks and green areas, aligning with the suburb’s development principles. The school will also be the Romania’s first nZEB (nearly zero-energy building) school.
