The complex will cover a total area of 12,000 square meters and is being developed in partnership with Pescariu Sports&Spa. Plans include outdoor tennis and padel courts, two recreational pools, and a 2,200-square-meter central building featuring a semi-Olympic pool, spa, and fitness center.
