Alesonor started the construction of the Verita International School & Kindergarten campus within Amber Forest complete suburb. With an investment value of approx. 18 million euros, Amber Verita Campus will be the first nZEB school in Romania. Following the highest standards or energy efficiency and integrating bioclimatic design principles, the campus will have net zero energy consumption, reduced carbon footprint and lower operational costs, whilst offering higher comfort and health benefits to its students.
Amber Verita Campus has the official opening and first day of school set for next year in September 2026. The campus is being developed in two stages on 15.000 m2 and will host a school, kindergarten and afterschool, as well as sports facilities, for children aged between 2.5 and 18 years. Designed to meet the needs of contemporary learners, the campus will allocate only 20% of its 15,000m² footprint for buildings, focusing instead on expansive green areas, sports fields (including indoor gym and indoor swimming pool) and parks that promote healthy lifestyles.
The expansion of Verita International School & Kindergarten into Amber Forest marks the development of its second operational campus, complementing the existing Aviatiei location and further solidifying Verita’s position as one of the largest private international schools in Romania.
The Amber Verita Campus will be Romania’s first nZEB (nearly zero-energy building) school, showcasing Alesonor’s dedication to energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
