A DAY OF CELEBRATION AT AMBER FOREST
The Amber Forest community came together to celebrate the magic of Christmas! From the Christmas carol concert performed by Alina Sorescu & Picii to the creative workshops where children made their own Christmas decorations, the atmosphere was full of enthusiasm and joy. Santa Claus and his elves were our long-awaited guests, and the delicious treats from Gluten Glory perfectly completed the experience. We were delighted to see people connecting, shared smiles, and beautiful memories created together.
MEDIA PRESENCE AND RECOGNITION
We are honored to be recognized at the Business Champions 2025 Awards Gala, organized by Business Review, where Alesonor Real Estate Development was awarded for developing a forward-looking residential community with premium amenities, integrated mobility, and educational and leisure facilities that support long-term wellbeing.
On December 4, Alesonor won the Best Premium Residential Development award at the CIJ Awards Romania 2025 Gala for Amber Forest – Phase 1
Amber Forest has received new recognition from Business Review, featured in their yearbook highlighting Romania’s most impressive real estate projects.
This recognition comes at a time when our community is flourishing, and the vision we started with—a green, safe, and fully equipped suburb—is taking shape more and more.
“A community truly succeeds when children can safely go to the park and neighbors naturally meet and connect. This is the reality we aim to create every day. Every detail, from the overall neighborhood plan to the design of the facilities, has one goal: to enhance comfort, health, and harmony in daily life,”, said Alex Skouras, Managing Partner of Alesonor.
At the Foreign Investors Summit 2025, organized by Business Review, Alex Skouras, Managing Partner of Alesonor, highlighted Romania’s potential to turn the rapid growth of cities into long-term value.
“Romania’s greatest asset is its workforce: open, adaptable, and eager to learn. We see a genuine desire for progress and a willingness to adopt best practices from other markets and apply them locally.”
From this perspective on people and their potential, Alex spoke about the importance of developing sustainable communities:
“Bucharest is already ahead of many comparable cities in terms of sustainability. Families want to live in green, connected ecosystems where they can raise their children. We have the opportunity to build these new, modern communities tailored to people’s needs, not just modify existing structures.”
Complementing this vision, Alex emphasized the role of collaboration between the public and private sectors:
“Infrastructure and the real estate market must evolve together. Developers, public authorities, and financial institutions need to work closely to understand what people truly need and provide sustainable solutions for those choosing to live outside the city.”
