Alesonor receives a new recognition from Business Review. The company’s Co-Founders and Managing Partners, Alex Skouras and Leonidas Anastasopoulos, were included in the latest edition of the Business Champions yearbook, and the company was awarded at the Business Champions 2025 Gala. The distinction granted to Alesonor reflects the company’s vision of designing a forward-looking residential community with premium amenities, integrated mobility, and education and leisure facilities that anchor long-term wellbeing.

This distinction marks a moment when Amber Forest is taking shape exactly as we envisioned it: an integrated, harmonious community where residents enjoy a healthy, connected lifestyle in balance with nature. Phase 1 has already been delivered, and over 270 families have moved into Amber Forest, together creating the energy of a community that shares the same values.

At this year’s Property Forum Gala in Bucharest, Alesonor Co-Founders & Managing Partners, Alex Skouras and Leonidas Anastasopoulos, accepted two distinctions recognizing our vision and long-term commitment to sustainable development in Romania. These awards reflect more than individual projects—they validate our vision of creating integrated, future-oriented communities that bring together people, nature, and smart urban planning.

Alesonor was awarded for innovation in sustainable residential development—recognition of our efforts to build durable communities and to implement the first large-scale “15-minute city” concept in Romania.

At the nZEB Expo 2025 event, the Amber Forest project was awarded for its active contribution to promoting energy-efficient, sustainable, and responsible construction.

The SEE Real Estate Awards Gala, now in its 20th annual edition, awarded the performances of 2024, in the real estate field. We are happy to announce having won the Best Future Project for Amber Forest AGORA and the best Mixed-Use Project award for Amber Forest.

The SEE Real Estate Awards Gala, now in its 19^th annual edition, awarded the performances of 2023, in the real estate field. We are happy to announce having won the Best Residential Project for Amber Forest and the Best Residential Developer for Alesonor.

ZIARUL FINANCIAR

A new edition of ”ZF Tendințe în rezidențial” took place on April 15^th. Along with other guest speakers, Alex Skouras, our Managing Partner, discussed the main trends and changes that mark the local residential market in 2024. After the session, Ziarul Financiar awarded the companies that have made an important contribution to the development of the local residential market in the last years. The unique concept of our project, Amber Forest, has been awarded “The Best Residential Project”.

Forbes Residential Buildings

The second edition of the Forbes Residential Buildings – The New Way of Living Gala took place on May25^th. Along with other guest speakers, Alex Skouras, our Managing Partner, discussed the main trends and changes that mark the local residential market in 2023. After the session, Forbes Romania awarded the companies that have made an important contribution to the development of the local residential market in the last year, companies and entrepreneurs that have reinvented themselves and adapted to the new change imposed by the current context.
