Architect Diana Bugnariu, Co-Founder of studio 1408, participated in the nZEB Expo Bucharest as part of the panel: “How to adapt our cities for the future by reducing energy costs. Insightful discussions at 𝐂𝐄𝐃𝐄𝐑 2025, in a moment when sustainability and innovation are becoming central pillars of residential development. Leonidas Anastasopoulos, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Alesonor, was a speaker in the residential panel, where the discussion focused on the future of sustainable communities, the integration of technology and amenities in real estate projects, as well as the less visible challenges developers face when choosing the path of sustainability. At the fifth edition of the CEO Networking Forum 2025, a landmark event preceding the Annual SEE Real Estate Awards Gala organized by EuropaProperty.com, Alex Skouras, Managing Partner at Alesonor, highlighted the profound transformations in the Romanian real estate market. In his speech, Skouras emphasized the importance of flexibility for developers in an ever-changing environment. The third edition of the annual Sustainability Meets Profitability event, organized by La French Tech Bucharest, brought together top managers, start-up founders, and experts from various industries, who shared valuable insights on how sustainability can become a real growth driver for businesses in Romania.
