In this article we are sending you as well new images from the Amber Forest construction site.
Airtightness is the control of air leakage, the elimination of unwanted draughts, through the external fabric of the building envelope. It is one of the defining design requirements of a high-performance building.
This may be achieved properly creating an airtight system. A continuous air barrier separating the interior conditioned space and the exterior environment provides comfort, optimizes the insulation and helps keep the assembly free from condensation and mold.

UPDATES REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION STATUS
The 4 general contractors, EREN, MELSAM CONSTRUCTION, BRITT STRUCTURES and Dual General Construct have advanced the works and currently 206 units are in various stages of execution, as well as the execution of roads and external networks.
- The EREN company is currently working on 51 green villas
- The MELSAM CONSTRUCTION company on 84 green villas
- The company BRITT STRUCTURES is working on parallel on buildings C1, C2 and C3, which include 60 green apartments, and for 11 more green villas within the project.
*The Photo Gallery includes only part of the project status on February 2023. Amber Forest being developed in parallel, it is difficult to accurately capture all the areas where the entire units and infrastructure are under construction.
