The first project with green, energy-efficient villas was Amber Gardens, and with the newest project, Amber Forest, they set out to create a community that would offer all its members the opportunity to raise their families alongside people with values similar and to be from Monday to Friday, at home, happy and quiet, having all the facilities they need. In fact, the family is the main source of energy for Skouras, who says that his wife and boys are his main achievement. And the principles of leadership also come from the family: he says that his father instilled in him solid principles, taught him to respect and appreciate people.
