On September 22, Alex Skouras, Managing Partner of Alesonor, was invited to the ZF Residential & Office Summit, where he highlighted the importance of genuine collaboration between developers and authorities.
“The infrastructure developed by authorities, together with the vision and projects of developers, should go hand in hand,” stated Alex Skouras.
Moreover, he pointed out that, unlike other European cities with clear natural boundaries, Bucharest has an extensive territory, and coherent development depends on the strategic selection of locations and the integration of infrastructure from the very early stages. In this context, he emphasized Alesonor’s vision of building a modern, well-connected, and sustainable suburb in the north of the capital.
