The commercial area will have a surface of 7,000 usable square meters, will be built on an area of 15,000 square meters and will include a market, supermarket, bakery, cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. Discussions with the first commercial space partners have begun, with facilities being sought to meet the needs of a complete community, developed following the 15-minute city concept.
