The war in Ukraine is now affecting the residential market by continuing to raise the prices of building materials and the challenges of purchasing them. There is a decrease in demand compared to previous months, but in the long term there is a very high potential for the development of residential projects based on solid principles, such as the segment represented by green houses, energy efficient and with generous outdoor spaces.
