At the same time, we would like to remind you that Alesonor is a developer with over 19 years of experience in the luxury residential segment in Bucharest, specializing in the construction of communities with energy-efficient villas, with a high quality of the project.
The project is advancing according to the strategic plan assumed by the developer together with the general contractors and is being worked in parallel on the construction of 180 units, as well as on the infrastructure of the project, as you will find the information below.
*The Photo Gallery includes only part of the project status on 19.09.2022. Amber Forest being developed in parallel, it is difficult to accurately capture all the areas where the 180 units and infrastructure are under construction.
The company Dual General Construct joined the development of the Amber Forest suburb for the execution of roads and external networks.
Thus, we now have 4 general contractors: EREN, MELSAM CONSTRUCTION, BRITT STRUCTURES and DUAL GENERAL CONSTRUCT developing the first 310 green houses and 60 green apartments and the entire infrastructure of the project.
Status of the authorizations:

- Phase 1, Stage 1, 2 and 3:
Have been obtained the building permits for 191 green homes. - Phase 1, Stage 4:
The last necessary approval was also obtained from the Environmental Protection Agency, and the file was submitted to the Town Hall of the Municipality of Tunari, and we estimate that the construction permits will be obtained in the coming weeks. - Phase 2:
The urban planning certificates have been obtained and most of the documentation has been submitted to obtain the necessary approvals and studies from the responsible authorities, in order to prepare the file for the construction permit.
