The COVID-19 pandemic, says Alex Skouras, managing partner of real estate consulting firm Alesonor, which raised the Amber Gardens luxury housing project three years ago, has been a catalyst for the company’s new project, Amber Forest, estimated at 110 million euros, designed as a green suburb that will be able to accommodate about 700 families.
