Alesonor, a developer with more than 23 years of experience in building sustainable communities in Romania, and Medikali, a modern multidisciplinary clinic with 100% Romanian ownership, announce the signing of a partnership for the development of a medical clinic within Amber Forest Agora, the educational, sports, commercial and medical facilities area of the fully integrated Amber Forest suburb.
The building dedicated to medical facilities within Amber Forest Agora is being constructed to nZEB standards and will have an area of approximately 3,000 sqm, located on a plot of around 2,000 sqm. The total investment amounts to €7 million. The Medikali Center will occupy an area of approx. 1.000 square meters within this building.
The new Medikali clinic is scheduled to open in 2028 and will complete the integrated services ecosystem within Amber Forest Agora, providing access to modern medical services both for the community’s residents and for the wider public in Bucharest’s northern area. The partnership reflects the shared vision of the two companies to contribute to the development of a healthy and balanced lifestyle within a community built around the “15-minute city” concept.

The Medikali Clinic will integrate essential medical specialties for the entire family and will focus on the patient experience through an approach based on empathy, professionalism, and modern technology. Founded in 2022 by Dr. Adina Negoiță, the first Medikali clinic quickly became a benchmark in Romania’s private healthcare sector, thanks to its personalized medical services and a patient satisfaction rate of over 97%, according to internal studies. The Medikali Clinic is located in the Pallady area, District 3 of Bucharest, and treats more than 50,000 patients annually in the clinic, as well as over 3,000 patients each year in its medical recovery center. Its team of more than 80 doctors covers 30 medical specialties.
The Medikali Amber Forest medical center will integrate comprehensive laboratory testing and state-of-the-art imaging services, including ultrasound, high-performance MRI and mammography, alongside a wide range of medical specialties: cardiology, plastic surgery, dermatology, diabetes, nutrition and metabolic diseases, endocrinology, gastroenterology, family medicine, neurology, ENT, obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pediatrics, psychiatry and psychology, as well as urology.
Amber Forest Agora represents the center of the Amber Forest community and will include educational, sports, commercial and medical facilities, an open-air cinema, co-working hub and more than 500 parking spaces dedicated to visitors. The entire concept is built around the idea of a sustainable community where all essential facilities are accessible within a maximum of 15 minutes by walking. The facilities will serve approximately 600,000 people within a radius of approximately 20 minutes from Amber Forest, thus contributing to expanding access to modern services throughout Bucharest’s northern area.
Amber Forest is the first residential project in Europe certified LEED Platinum v4.1 for Communities: Plan and Design and is being developed across 31 hectares, with only 15% built area and more than 5.3 hectares dedicated to parks and green spaces. Prices for the currently available three-room green villas start from €331,000 + VAT, while prices for two-room green apartments start from €165,000 + VAT. To date, 270 units have been delivered out of a total of 580 sold units, from 690 available units.
