Updates regarding the construction stages April 1st, 2022

The second construction company joined the development of the project, together with BRITT Structures.

The company MELSAM CONSTRUCTION, with extensive experience in the field of construction, in the residential sector, will start organizing the construction site to start the works in mid-April.
We are also in advanced discussions with a third company, which will start the constructions at the beginning of May.

As you know, we are going through an unstable period, the situation in Ukraine also affecting the construction market, the prices of materials and labor have been growing rapidly lately, also affecting the negotiation of our contracts with project suppliers.

The process of concluding a new partnership for the development of Amber Forest is a complex one in which we make sure that every time the new partner knows the high goals we pursue so that every home within the complete suburb is built to the highest construction standards, with quality finishes, much more comfortable, consuming less, and most importantly, provides a healthier lifestyle, privacy and security.

As we announced you at the end of January, we started the construction works for the first villas to be built in the first stage of Phase 1, of the complete suburb Amber Forest, and we would like to inform you that the first houses have been built and Britt Structures is advancing the works.

Please find below a brief status of the authorizations of the other stages and phases:

    • Phase 1, Stage 2 and 3:
      At this moment, all the urban planning certificates have been obtained, as well as the necessary approvals and studies required to be obtained from the responsible authorities, to prepare the file for the building permit.
      The file for the building permit will be submitted at the beginning of this month and is expected to be obtained in early May.
    • Phase 1, Stage 4:
      At this moment, all the urban planning certificates have been obtained, as well as most of the approvals and studies required to be obtained from the responsible authorities, to prepare the file for the building permit.
      We are still working to obtain the other approvals and they are expected to be obtained by the end of April.
    • Phase 2:
      The documentation for obtaining the urban planning certificates has been submitted and it is estimated that it will be obtained at the beginning of April.
      Once obtained, the company’s team of architects will work on the documentation for obtaining all the necessary approvals and studies required to be obtained from the responsible authorities, to prepare the file for the building permit.

    Regarding the infrastructure of the suburb, during this period the documents for obtaining the building permit for roads and networks are submitted.
