The project is advancing according to the strategic plan assumed by the developer together with the general contractors as you will find the information below.
*The Photo Gallery includes only part of the project status on October 2022. Amber Forest being developed in parallel, it is difficult to accurately capture all the areas where the entire units and infrastructure are under construction.
UPDATES REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION STATUS
- The construction works started at the beginning of this year and the 4 general contractors, EREN, MELSAM CONSTRUCTION, BRITT STRUCTURES and Dual General Construct have advanced the works and currently 179 units are in various stages of execution, as well as the execution of roads and external networks.
- The EREN company has started work on 51 villas
- The MELSAM CONSTRUCTION company for 67 villas
- The company BRITT STRUCTURES is working in parallel on buildings C1, C2 and C3, which include 60 apartments, and for 1 more villa within the project.
By mid-November, the structure of the first C1 apartment building will be completed.
STATUS OF THE AUTHORIZATIONS FOR EACH CONSTRUCTION STAGE AND PHASE

- Phase 1, Stage 1, 2 and 3:
Were obtained the building permits for 191 green homes. - Phase 1, Stage 4:
Were obtained the building permits for 54 green homes. - Phase 2:
The urban planning certificates have been obtained and most of the documentation has been submitted to obtain the necessary approvals and studies from the responsible authorities, to prepare the file for the building permit

The unique concept of the complete suburb Amber Forest was awarded “Residential Project of the Year 2022”, and the trophy was offered by the organizers to Alex Skouras, Managing Partner at Alesonor.
