September has brought us days with gentle light, transforming every corner of the suburb into an even more welcoming place.

A new important step for our community
At the end of September, we announced the start of construction for the Pescariu Sports & Leisure Club.
The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026.
As part of our vision to develop integrated and sustainable neighborhoods, we partnered with Pescariu Sports & Spa to create a 12,000 m² club.
The project will include outdoor tennis and padel courts, two recreational pools (for adults and children), as well as a central building of 2,200 m² that will house a semi-Olympic pool, a modern spa, and a premium fitness club.
In line with Amber Forest’s green standards, the complex will be built according to nZEB requirements, in accordance with the Platinum LEED v4.1 Cities & Communities certification obtained by the suburb.

On September 22, Alex Skouras, Managing Partner at Alesonor, was invited to the ZF Residential & Office Summit, where he emphasized the importance of real collaboration between developers and authorities.
“Infrastructure carried out by authorities, together with the vision and project of developers, should go hand in hand.”, Alex Skouras stated.
Moreover, he pointed out that, unlike other European cities with clear natural boundaries, Bucharest has an extensive territory, and coherent development depends on the strategic choice of locations and the integration of infrastructure from the very beginning.
In this context, he emphasized Alesonor’s vision of building a modern, well-connected, and sustainable suburb in the north of the capital.
Leonidas Anastasopoulos at a new edition of the French Tech – Romanian Touch 2025 event, by French Tech Bucharest
At the end of September, Leonidas Anastasopoulos, Co-founder and Managing Partner at Alesonor, attended the French Tech – Romanian Touch event, where he spoke about Romania’s evolution over the last 20 years.
“I don’t think I could have come to a more suitable country to build and innovate. Romania has extraordinary potential, confirmed by significant growth over the last two decades — GDP has multiplied sixfold since I have been here,” highlighting long-term confidence in the local environment.

During the event, Alex Skouras explained that sustainability does not only mean green buildings or certifications, but an integrated approach focused on people and communities.
“We need to educate end users and show them how sustainability can be integrated into their way of life, for themselves and their children. Mixed-use projects, which include schools, parks, offices, supermarkets, running and cycling tracks, encourage a better lifestyle and reduce dependence on cars.”
Alex Skouras emphasized that sustainable development requires cooperation between authorities and developers, with open communication and quick decisions to find efficient solutions together.
