PARTNERSHIP FOR THE FUTURE MEDICAL FACILITIES AT AMBER FOREST AGORA
One of the key announcements in May was the signing of a partnership with Medikali Romania, the operator of the future medical clinic at Amber Forest Agora.
The medical center, scheduled to open in 2028, will complement the community’s service infrastructure and provide access to modern healthcare services just a short walk from home.
PROGRESS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF AMBER FOREST PHASE II
We are also pleased to share a selection of images from the construction site of Amber Forest Phase II, where works that commenced in April together with STRABAG Romania are progressing well. This new stage of development will add 172 new homes to the community, including 91 villas and 81 apartments with parking.
AMBER VERITA SCHOOL PREPARING TO WELCOME ITS FIRST STUDENTS
One of the most important milestones in the development of the community is nearing completion: the Amber Verita School campus is preparing to welcome its first academic year, which will begin in August 2026.

Amber Forest was featured at the GBCI Europe Circle 2026 – Forging Resilience conference, one of Europe’s leading events dedicated to sustainable development.
Invited by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), Leonidas Anastasopoulos presented Amber Forest as a best practice example during the workshop “LEED for Communities: Scaling Impact.”
This recognition further reinforces Amber Forest’s position as a European benchmark for sustainable community development and quality of life.
ALESONOR FEATURED IN “THE LEGACY – 35 YEARS OF REAL ESTATE IN ROMANIA”

Leonidas Anastasopoulos has been included in the Property Forum ranking “The 50 Most Influential People in Romania’s Real Estate Market 2026.”
