A KEY STEP FOR PHASE II: PARTNERSHIP WITH STRABAG ROMANIA
In February, we appointed STRABAG Romania as the general contractor for the development of Phase II of the Amber Forest suburb.
In this phase, STRABAG Romania will build a residential area comprising 172 homes:
- 91 villas
- 81 apartments & parking spaces
The following types of houses will be constructed:
Urban Villa 12, Urban Villa 11, Urban Villa 10, Urban Villa 08, Urban Villa 07, Urban Villa 06, Urban Villa 03, Urban Villa 02, Symbio Villa 02, and Symbio Villa 03.
Construction will also begin on Type D apartment buildings, which will include 81 residential units across 3 separate buildings.
The selection of STRABAG Romania reflects our decision to work with a partner who has the experience, operational capacity, and quality standards required to manage a large-scale project rigorously, predictably, and under full control.
CONSTRUCTION HAS BEGUN ON THE SPORTS AND LEISURE CLUB IN THE SUBURB
Also in February, construction began on the Sports and Leisure Club – Pescariu Sports & Spa, which is scheduled to open in spring 2027.
The club will include:
- Outdoor tennis and padel courts
- Two recreational pools (for adults and children)
- A central 2,200 m² building featuring:
- Semi-Olympic pool
- Modern spa
- Premium fitness club
In line with Amber Forest’s green standards, the complex will be built according to nZEB requirements and in compliance with the Platinum LEED v4.1 Cities & Communities certification achieved by the suburb.
PROGRESS OF WORKS AT THE AMBER VERITA CAMPUS
Construction at the Amber Verita campus is progressing according to plan, in preparation for the official opening in September 2026.
The building has already been erected and fitted with windows, following the established schedule to welcome the first students.
Enrollments are open, and the campus is taking shape as a landmark of the Amber Forest community, symbolizing the harmony between education, responsibly built environments, and green infrastructure.
