In this article, we are sending you new images from the Amber Forest construction site, as well as a retrospective of recent events.
THE EVOLUTION OF THE PROJECT IN PICTURES
The 4 general contractors of the project, EREN CONS, MELSAM CONSTRUCTION, BRITT STRUCTURES and DUAL GENERAL CONSTRUCT have advanced the works and currently 281 units are in various stages of execution.
*The Photo Gallery includes only part of the project status on June and July 2023. Amber Forest being developed in parallel, it is difficult to accurately capture all the areas where the entire units and infrastructure are under construction.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Have been completed the construction works for paving the secondary road relating to Lot 78 and the secondary road between Lots 70 and 73 on one side and Lots 80 and 82 on the other side.
Currently, the works for the construction of the access public road from Strada 1 Decembrie have been started.
Also, the utility branches of the entire project were made.
STATUS OF THE AUTHORIZATIONS FOR EACH CONSTRUCTION STAGE AND PHASE
Phase 1, Stage 1, 2 and 3:
Have been obtained the building permits for 191 green homes.
Phase 1, Stage 4:
Have been obtained the building permits for 54 green homes.
Phase 2:
Have been obtained the building permits for 107 green homes.
WATER TANK
The potable water basin inside the water house was installed, as well as the hydrocarbon separators for the concrete rainwater basin with a capacity of 2,500 m3.
A NEW DISTINCTION FOR AMBER FOREST
