We are pleased to announce that new building permits have been obtained for the second phase of the complete Amber Forest suburb:
STATUS AUTORIZAȚII
Phase 1, Stage 1, 2 and 3:
Have been obtained the building permits for 191 green homes.
Phase 1, Stage 4:
Have been obtained the building permits for 54 green homes.
Faza 2:
Have been obtained the building permits for 71 green homes.
THE EVOLUTION OF THE PROJECT IN PICTURES
The 4 general contractors, EREN, MELSAM CONSTRUCTION, BRITT STRUCTURES and Dual General Construct have advanced the works and currently 238 units are in various stages of execution, as well as the execution of roads and external networks.
*The Photo Gallery includes only part of the project status on April 2023. Amber Forest being developed in parallel, it is difficult to accurately capture all the areas where the entire units and infrastructure are under construction.
WATER TANK FOUNDATION
At the beginning of this month, the foundation of the water tank with a capacity of 450 m3 inside the water house was poured, which will ensure the flow and water pressure required for the entire project.
