Alesonor, the wellbeing community developer with more than 20 years of experience in the Romanian residential sector, and Verita International School & Kindergarten have joined forces to develop Verita’s second campus in Romania, located in the Amber Forest community. This partnership aims to create an outstanding educational and residential environment for families.
Verita’s expansion into Amber Forest will complement its existing campus in Aviatiei, solidifying its position as Romania’s largest international school. The new campus located in the Agora area of Amber Forest, that also includes sports, commercial, leisure and medical facilities, will offer access to an unparalleled education where British education meets 21st-century learning. Verita’s enquiry based, international curriculum for students aged 2.5 to 18, prepares students with the content knowledge, critical thinking, and self-advocacy skills needed to be successful throughout their education and beyond.
Verita campus in Amber Forest will be developed in two stages, encompassing 15.000m2. With only 20% dedicated to construction, the majority of the space will be reserved for sports fields, parks and green areas, aligning with the suburb’s development principles. The school will also be the Romania’s first nZEB (nearly zero-energy building) school, emphasizing energy efficiency but also health benefits like fresh air, natural light, no VOC paints etc.
This strategic partnership highlights Alesonor’s commitment as a wellbeing developer, dedicated to creating communities that offer high quality facilities and services for a sustainable lifestyle.
“We chose Verita International School & Kindergarten due to the shared vision and the value they bring to our community. We are thrilled to have discovered such an experienced and respected international school. Their nurturing environment, fostering collaborative and enjoyable learning, impressed us. Sharing the same values, we take pride in supporting them and offering every family in Amber Forest and beyond the opportunity to participate in this unique educational experience.”, said Alex Skouras Managing Partner Alesonor.
Richard Joannides, the Founder of Verita International School, added, ‘I have been thoroughly impressed over the years with Alesonor’s forward-looking approach. Their dedication to high standards and the quality of construction, combined with their commitment to energy efficiency and environmentally friendly residential developments, make Alesonor a perfect partner, and Amber Forest a perfect location for our new campus.’
