We are pleased to announce that this month we have started reception for the first houses in Phase 1 of the Amber Forest suburb and the first residents have stepped into their new home.
*The Photo Gallery includes only part of the project status on November and December 2023. Amber Forest being developed in parallel, it is difficult to accurately capture all the areas where the entire units and infrastructure are under construction.
UPDATES REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION STATUS
During this period we are working on the finishes and installations of the villas and apartments in Phase 1 of the project and we have in various stages of execution the villas in Phase 2.
The construction permit was also obtained for the public road connecting the Bucharest ring road.
Together with our partner, City Garden, we plant the trees on the streets of the suburb.
