We are back to share new information about the progress of the work in the complete Amber Forest suburb, along with new images captured on-site, and a retrospective of recent events.
*The Photo Gallery includes only part of the project status on June 2024. Since Amber Forest is being developed in parallel, it is difficult to accurately capture all the areas where the entire units and infrastructure are under construction.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATES
Melsam Construction has completed 47 green villas and is working on additional new homes as follows:
- Finishing and installation work is ongoing for 95 villas;
- The structural work for 43 villas in Phase 2 of the project has been completed;
- Work has started on 9 villas (currently at the foundation pouring stage).
Eren Company has currently completed 30 villas.
Britt Company:has completed 60 apartments and is progressing with work on 10 villas at the finishing and installation stage, and has started new work for another 7 villas.
Comcontractor Company::
- Is working on finishing and installation for 15 villas;
- Is working on the structure for 12 villas;
- Has initiated new work for another 7 villas.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Regarding the project’s infrastructure, work is ongoing to finalize the last roads in Phase 1, and progress is being made on the external networks for Phase 2.
By the end of June, asphalt work for the wearing course (the final layer of asphalt on the main public road) has commenced and been completed.

ALESONOR at nZEB Expo 2024
The presence of our Managing Partner, Leonidas Anastasopoulos, as a speaker at nZEB Expo on June 14th, was an opportunity to share our vision on creating AmberForest, the first nZEB community in Romania and the first project in Romania following the 15-minute city concept.
