Bucharest, May 23rd, 2025 – Amber Forest welcomed His Excellency Mr. Giles Matthew Portman, Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Romania, and Mr. Colin Lovering, Chairman of the British–Romanian Chamber of Commerce, for an official visit to the Amber Verita Campus construction site. The distinguished guests were joined by Leonidas Anastasopoulos, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Alesonor, and Richard Joannides, Founder of Verita International School & Kindergarten.

Alesonor, the wellbeing community developer with more than 22 years of experience in the Romanian residential sector, announces the continuation and expansion of its partnership with Nolte Home Studio for the fully integrated Amber Forest suburb. The goal of this collaboration is to provide top-quality kitchen furniture to both current and future homeowners within the project.

Alesonor started the construction of the Verita International School & Kindergarten campus within Amber Forest complete suburb. With an investment value of approx. 18 million euros, Amber Verita Campus will be the first nZEB school in Romania. Following the highest standards or energy efficiency and integrating bioclimatic design principles, the campus will have net zero energy consumption, reduced carbon footprint and lower operational costs, whilst offering higher comfort and health benefits to its students.

Amber Forest complete suburb has achieved Platinum certification under LEED v4.1 for Communities: Plan and Design rating system, becoming the first residential project in Europe obtaining this recognition from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, was created by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and is the world’s most widely used green building rating system. LEED for Communities goes beyond buildings to plan, develop, manage, measure and improve sustainability at the community scale.

EUR 57.5 million.
